This argument is completely bogus, regardless of how I voted. Every PWA has pluses and minuses, pros and cons. There were no changes to 23.M.7, and no further penalties for the company to use this provision abundantly. Does that mean you, as a yes voter, support the company's rampant use of 23.M.7? It's in the PWA, so therefore you must have given your approval, right?

I wrote my reps on a regular basis on what I felt was necessary for a Yes vote, and this was on the list. I get it, it's done; the majority has spoken. There are some great things in the new PWA that are worthy of praise to the NC, and I let my reps know to pass that praise along. Keeping OOBWS ahead of GS is not -- for the reason that I highlighted in Gunfighter's comment.
