Hi

I have been following the new hire process tread but with all the short hand and acronyms I am lost. I am an American but have been overseas since college left US after getting my CPL and my degree from ERAU and been working as aeronautical engineering for aircraft manufacturers and currently flying in Europe as FO on B737.TT 3500 hr and 3000 hr is on the 737 have BS and MS from ERAU all aviation related. I am hoping to get back home soon while there is a boom and looking at doing ATP- CPT with Delta maybe in the fall.

First of all any advice is welcome I am overwhelmed, feels like a completely different world….

Question I have so many but to start with ….please explain..”top tier email” , for interviews people talk about TMAAT , WWYD, MMPI…what is that mean

So my understanding is that there is no SIM assessment as part of the interview process is that correct?
