Delta sends an email, presumably when your app has been scored, to individuals who have applications in the top tier of all the apps. The email uses the phrase: "top tier."

TMAAT: "Tell me about a time...."

WWYD: "What would you do...."

MMPI: computer-based psychological test that Delta administers to individuals during the application process. If a CJO is offered the results of the test are reviewed. There is also an in-person (well, Zoom/video conference) component with a psychologist who has looked at your MMPI test.
