Yes yes I know that we only have power over our own mind not outside events, but I was always more of an Epicurean than a Stoic Marcus still rocks but he can be a bit lecture-ey at times…..
Age 60 to 65 happened when these “old farts” were in their 40s. Like I said before, there is no way that many people are flying above 65. Not sure what the odds are every year when you walk into get a first class medical, but they’ve gotta go down significantly when you’re older. Not to mention when I am in my 60s I am not gonna be too fired up about waking up at 4am and going to sleep at 2am. There’s no way many pilots are flying in that 65/67 age group.

I’m not for age 67 and I did my ALPA call to action. I just think it’s unrealistic to think that this will have a significant impact on the industry. How many people on here complaining have done the call to action? Better be 100% if you’ve got the time to get on this site and complain.
