It's great to see you spend more time here and in the facebook comments than anywhere else. Great to see our union dues are hard at work. I'll do you a favor, I'm certainly not management. We've flown the line together. Now that that's out of the way, onto the good stuff.
You and your hefe keep blabbing on about this huge arbitration come July, just like you all have the previous 3 times it's been in court. What happens each time? We win, then what happens you ask? Oh, the company challenges it legally once again. It's this continual cycle that you all just use as a calling card. It's amazing to see you progress on these forums. Nate is spot on, the goal post has kept moving and I presume that isn't something we're going to see change any time soon. AR is a politician, one who can only dream of having the lure and power of Mr. Hoffa himself. He'd love to send his goons after all those who question him, but unfortunately those days have come and gone. Now the best he can do is load the FB page with his keyboard warrior "goons" who quickly jump on whichever poor soul dare questions the steering of the ship. AR has been in power for coming on 6 years, we have absolutely no results from him. I would love to see someone give me an emotionless list in response to this of his achievements, but instead I bet you'll burn off your finger tips labeling me the new TT or some other c-suite member. We need a contract yesterday, that much is black and white. The concern only grows that AR isn't able to pull this off. He just isn't capable of giving us the win that we truly deserve. Every day that ticks past is money out of each of our paychecks, it's also another day where we have to suffer through this hell of a contract. There are a lot of must haves in this new contract, but we are certainly not Delta, AA or UAL. I implore some of you keyboard goons to go and actually read through their contracts, see how much of it truly doesn't apply to our model. I don't negotiate in public but it sure is time for the union to start listening to their constitutes and go after the things we prioritized. It's time for the **** measuring contest to end. We need results now. There is absolutely no reason we can't grow during these times, AR, you claim you don't read this but we know you do. STOP PLAYING GAMES, it's childish. Lay your ego to the side, roll up your sleeves and get to work. I have never met anyone in a leadership position who is so deep under the water, they start refusing the offer of help. WE ALL want to see this be successful, there are 1000 of us who will tirelessly work to help achieve what we and the company deserve, use us! Communicate with us, this whole "blind trust" calling card needs to go away for good. We had blind trust when we voted you in as president, time to validate and further earn our trust.
Keep fighting the good fight Nate, you're the voice of the quiet 90% of this pilot group on these forums. These AR worshippers are so lost in drinking and serving the koolaid they'll probably call out fatigued.
