Think of what a dangerous precedent this sets for future negotiating committees to overcome. 06 & 15 TAs we at least achieved comparable (or leading) top rates compared to our passenger counterparts. This TA establishes that FedEx pilots value ourselves at 11-15% less than our passenger peers. Think the company won’t use that against us next time?
Sadly you can only look at a pay rate to decide what is compensation. Hardly anyone here with anything but misinformation and anger. Glad you guys spent two years across the negotiating table to tell us how our TA equates pay wise.
