I figured I'd get the responses I'm seeing. Everything status quo... except those 64+, they want to get their extra 2 years because their A plan was "frozen" or removed.

The reason QOL items won't ever be in favor of the masses... the senior guys had to go thru ****, so now you do too. I say that a mid seniority guy.

So why are we holding out for "QOL" items? If we actually get them, it will probably be voted down here at United, because the Sr will be mad we didn't convert those QOL items to $$.
