Don't give up pay for nebulous retirement
The retirement is more of a gain for Fedex than to the pilots. If the NMB doesn't agree they are probably corrupt.
I'm looking at the percentage increase in hourly pay, from what I had before, and yes, we've given concessions to efficiency for the company.
How does 22/6/5/5/4 sound? Retro 15/5?
Keep the A plan at the new cap for everyone, and the company can start maxing out our B plan to the IRS max, which does go up, and the higher paid pilots can cease making their own contributions.
