How does 22/6/5/5/4 sound? Retro 15/5?

Keep the A plan at the new cap for everyone, and the company can start maxing out our B plan to the IRS max, which does go up, and the higher paid pilots can cease making their own contributions.
Doing that has a downside of Cash over cap....the new retirement system didn't exist when Cash over cap was implemented at other carriers....the 11% has DB protections and deferred tax status as does your 401k contributions

Seriously....watch the tape of the roadshow....open a libation, and make editorials like "Pat's full of ****"....take notes, then come back here and blast me in public about what a company stooge I am.....but unless you believe that Pat is fully corrupt or stupid you probably ought to listen to what he has to say. The nature of the question you ask appears to me that you haven't heard him explain the NC and MEC's rationale....I could be wrong....it seems like even if you didn't accept his explanation, you might have phrased your question/assertion differently on here.

Its almost like because of their anger, some here want to stay deliberately ignorant about the other sides position. Even if you decide to be the next NC....there might be some kernels of wisdom you could gain by talking to them instead of dismissing them all as naive and ignorant
