The answers haven’t changed. You have to wait one year to reapply after getting a TBNT. It doesn’t matter if it was from the app or the interview. One year from the TBNT date and you can reapply.

You said in your other post that you’ve been going to job fairs and asking recruiters about your application. I wouldn’t expect answers at any job fairs about why they rejected your app. United still has thousands of applicants. Even if they legally could tell you why your app was rejected, they would have no idea who you are. You’re one of thousands and, contrary to popular belief, one of lots and lots of rejections. The hire rate is much, much higher than it’s ever been, but plenty of people are still being told “no”. It’s not the sure thing that many people would lead you to believe.

Don’t be too down on yourself. Keep going to the job fairs and showing interest. Say that your app was passed on, but that you still plan to target United as your dream job and will reapply as soon as you are able. Show an upbeat positive attitude. Don’t be looking for answers as to why you were rejected the first time. That’s like bugging a girl for the reason that she dumped you.

Desperation is never a good look when trying to win anyone over… Airline recruiters included. Between all the answers you say that you’re seeking and two posts with the same question within hours of each other, you’re reeking of it. Confidence is key. There is absolutely nothing you can do until the 12 month mark. Even if you found a way to cheat the system and reapply within that time period, it would likely not end well. Have your app reviewed a second time by another company and reapply the moment your app becomes unlocked. That’s all you can do.

I’m really not trying to be a jerk in my response, but the vibe you’re giving off on here can be felt by recruiters. Just try to relax. I know it’s hard, but it’s the best thing you can do.
