dude, I linked the FAA chief counsels decision that even as FO he can log PIC. They know it’s a two pilot plane. They’re just saying the obvious that commanding gear down, or commanding a heading bug movement is still a command decision as sole manipulator. They know it’s a two pilot crew aircraft. They would have said he could not log it if your theory were correct. They didn’t, they specifically said an airline FO could log.
