I have offers here and SWA. There are plus and minus to both. I'm primarily interested in quality of life and schedule flexibility, with the understanding that the first year or so could be tough with commuting and low seniority. That said, how long is it taking for FOs to hold MCO? SWA looks like it will be doable pretty quick and that's where we are looking to be (currently in Florida panhandle). I've got a good 20yrs left and hope to stay for that duration. Any other thoughts on general on SWA vs Avelo?
