You can decline at either step and not be on the hook for the trip. I've done it several times. In fact, if there are multiple trips in the batch, it will then call you a third time, for the "Accept" step on your second preference. Again, I've done it several times. I see no evidence any of the 'mechanization' of this has chanced with the recent developments.
If I'm understanding you correctly, if I put in auto acknowledge, and I'm called for 3 GS, ARCOS will call me for the my first preference. If I reject that one, it will call back for my 2nd preference? If I reject that it will call again with my 3rd preference? Is that right?
