Back in ATL we had Orthodox Jewish neighbors. Sundown Friday to sundown Saturday couldn’t even turn on a light switch or answer the phone. Their son was interested in aviation, but I told the dad that the no work on Saturday thing would be an issue. Kid became a Rabbi.
They accepted the restrictions their faith put on their lives. It was a choice. Some “Orthodox” Christians however seem to want everyone else to bend to their beliefs.
