Hi Maineseaplane, actually the companies use AON (they acquired Cut-E) for the assessment of their candidates.
You'll see there are multiple websites for practice tests, but be aware that not all of them offer the tests as they are on the official assessment.
I used and can recommend the Delta package from pilotassessments.com as their practice tests are very similar to what you can expect.
