I don’t think it’s that high unless it’s changed from the last 225 interview guy I spoke with. It was an additional 4 day 737 course. Again useless! Maybe they can teach them to be more comfortable when the CA has to get up and use the lav. Is it 50 or 70 hours? Because there is no way SWA is doing more than they have to. Plus that doesn't give me the feel goods when the poop hits the fan.
Questioning RJs experience isn’t going to do anything other than embarrass you. I’d put his qualifications up against any civilian pilot ever hired at this company. Top 1% without even trying.
