Quick observation:
We are a good ways into Summer Ops and the heavily predicted Delta operational meltdown predicted by many pilots on here actually went to United. Surprising as we approach mid summer, the hot topic isn't operations but is.... wait for it.... Batch Sizes.... Talk about 1st world problems 😂😂😂😂
It's the Wedge Principle. We had an operational meltdown, but United wedged themselves underneath our poor performance, taking the focus off Delta, thus making Delta look better. We didn't avoid meltdown, just the publicity surrounding it.
