Anecdotally, my last trip was a 4 day that became a 5 day (not NYC based and wasn’t heading there, was in the Midwest). Rerouted 3 different times. But yeah, things were great.
*The deadheads were the problem. They kept delaying and messing the schedule up. Wonder if 30 hours would’ve been smarter.
Of course they are smarter but some bean counter is trying to reinvent the wheel. They'd rather have DH credit and eat 2 seats than worry about the min day pay penalty or credit penalty
