Some CAs won't engage with the FAs to make sure the meals are on, and when they'd like to eat, etc. Looking through the bid pack, that's probably going require some more thought to that.
I've heard plenty of anecdotes of FAs writing captains up for doing this too. And we all know who the company is going to listen to.

See above. All this is going to do is create more dissension between front and back if the company and union don't agree to and publish a policy before the implementation date. August 1 isn't when they want to convene the tiger team.
