It is Germane....contracts come with work rules that pair with those pay-rates....You may call secondary lines PBS, but we do not work under PBS.....to quote you, "Delta's vacation is nearly as good"....so it still is not as good as ours.....Personally, I'd rather be here with this TA than at Delta.....that works for me.
