Except that's NOT what happened at Delta & Southwest (around 2016), or at United last June. All their leadership committees voted to send their contracts to membership for ratification, and each of those memberships collectively decided "AGAINST" those TAs. The United TA was rejected by 94% of the membership. Regardless of "social media", our individual pilots can read, comprehend, and think critically. To imply otherwise is what continues to drive fracture.

p.s. I don't distrust the ALPA voting system, however, attention to DETAIL always matters. The system should NOT have the following verbiage at the very bottom of the last screen, if it doesn't also explicitly show you how you just voted.
"This receipt DETAILS the selections you made when participating in the "FDX 2023 Tentative Agreement Ratification Ballot July 2023" and confirms that your selections have been successfully transmitted and stored in a secure tabulation database"
The receipt does NOT do what it claims to do. Just change that and move on.
