The final language here is going to be VERY important. What did we concede for more reserve days off? Lower guarantee? Only X % of reserves can bid for more days off line (think non-profile reserve). I love the idea of more days off on reserve. Being on the hook 18 days a month for 73 hours of pay is a joke and industry lagging, I'm just afraid of what we gave up to get it.
