I was talking to a 25 year old last week in Denver just hired. He only spends 4.5 years below 900. Timing is everything as we all know.
don’t let perfect be the enemy of good. There’s more to career success and fulfillment than beating your colleagues in the seniority game. Pay scales only go to 12yrs.

I’d much rather retire at 10% or 20% at UAL than 1% at a second rate shop. If you’re over 40-45 then it requires a little more consideration. But a good contract should protect all seniority levels
