I’d much rather retire at 10% or 20% at UAL than 1% at a second rate shop. If you’re over 40-45 then it requires a little more consideration. But a good contract should protect all seniority levels
Yeah actually I don't really understand why retiring at s certain point us so important. If someone can just have decent qol someplace what's the difference. ? This is why I was curious about time to being a lineholder and then consequently say a lineholding captain nb or wb fo.
