There is no magic bullet that will make him sign the deal G4 union leadership has promised.
No union can force a deal management is unwilling to sign.
Been saying this all along - pay, retirement, even LTD; no problem. Allegiant will never agree to overhauling their 1980’s commuter airline work rules to the extent the pilots have been promised by IBT. So buckle in for a long ride F & H can drag this out for years. There’s no imminent arbitration win that’s gonna force their hand. Wall St. loves the stock there’s no “grow or else” mandate out there. And coincidence or not June attrition was the lowest of the year & current new-hire classes the largest of the year. I wonder why…
