You can be happy with what you have and still want more. Nothing wrong with that as long as it doesn't turn into bitter hate and discontent. I don't think kman came off as bitter and discontent. Maybe a little overzealous though. There is a market price for everything and you guys just have to do your part make sure your market price goes up before the next contract negotiation. Good luck.
