Why do those against the union in here never mention that the company is still not offering industry standard even after having to cut 20% of the summer block hours? Don't forget ALPA turned us down originally so what are you proposing now, switch in the middle of negotiations? One of the management accounts can try and answer that. I don't think we'd have an industry standard TA to vote on if we had ALPA either since the company still isn't passing standard. Inexperienced or not and mistake making or not, the majority is thankful they aren't being sold a substandard offer. As far as the full new hire classes that is shocking.
