If you wanted the type of flying that Delta does instead of the type of flying FedEx does, you should have gone there. How many hours of vacation does Delta get per day? Can you carry unused sick hours over into disability? As I have said many times, I am a NO voter, but some of you really can't see beyond your noses.
Delta has only been ahead of us since 2016 because we went first in the cycle. Now they went first in the cycle and it's our time to pattern bargain off of them, not try to drag them (and everyone else) back down.
There are enough bad parts of our contract that lag the industry by miles to make up for the few good parts we have left. Now this TA threatens the good parts too.

From year 3 onward the Delta FO makes on average $38 more per hour than a FedEx FO in 2026.
The Delta 330 FO and FedEx WB FOs payrates in 2021 were very similar, I'm guessing because we patterned bargained off each other. I have no idea where pinseeker got the 20/hr difference in 2021. Pinseeker tell me where my numbers are wrong.
can you please compare to Hawaiian airlines as well? Thank you
