“AO (airport operations)” instead of gate agent
“GO (ground operations)” instead of ramper
“Inflight Crewmember” instead of flight attendant (except their manual is the “Flight Attendant Manual”) and in most flying related manuals they are called flight attendants
“Flight crewmember” instead of pilot
“Customer” instead of passenger
