In the not too distant future, my son will be interviewing and I will strongly advise he use all the resources available that help give him a leg up. His grandfather, 40 odd years ago had no aviation experience to share nor did he provide his son with much guidance on how to interview, beyond the dress well and make sure your shoes are polished. More or any relevant advice might have saved his son from interviewing as many times as he did and got him on his way a few years earlier. Looking at the information available and deciphering what others do/did/will do helps to understand what you need to bring to the game, preparation, planning, even mind set that many young people don't know because they haven't had to seriously put themselves before a formalized interview where the chance of failure are high and the reward for success is potentially life changing.

Giving a pulse is easy compared to sharing a story about an event you learned from or would have wished to never have experienced or put yourself into.
