My opinion. I think it works better if you have experience. But, this place isn’t out to fail you if you don’t. You can be very successful here coming from GA.

EDIT: yeah. It’s not as well geared towards 0 experience guys as compared to the regionals. But, I think they’ll help you succeed unless you very seriously struggle to fly.

What I’m trying to say is if you got an offer to come here vs a regional, (and you like what we have to offer) you should come here.
