I mean is it quicker for those at WOs to get on with AA vs. sitting it out and waiting to flow? A friend who's been at Envoy for about 2 years now and trying to see where he sit's on the flow ladder? been here about a year, in a class of 35 we had 8 flows, mostly from Envoy, most were around 5 years, 2 were at 3 years but leveraged a sooner class date because of CJO's from other legacies. Rest were 8 military and then CA/FO's from Frontier, Spirit, JetBlue, Atlas, Avianca, and a few from Skywest. (there were no regional FO's in my class)
