I can only go off of 3 weeks worth of training here but FWIW, coming from a regional the training here has been leaps and bounds better than my old place. Less confusing limitations to memorize, relatively short flows due to automation. The fail rate is very low here currently we were told. My instructor for ground school has been great, the schedule is less taxing as well. I think my regional ground school was 6 on 1 off for 24 days. The training department here treats you like professionals instead of middle school kids
