Are there worse places to go? Sure! But saying, “NJ sucks less then where I’m working now.” seems like a weak argument, especially considering the options pilots have at this time.
So many better options to make more money while flying more and gaining experience. Many of our recent new-hires feel duped, the ole bait and switch, now that they are on property and actually dealing with day-to-day operations and the paychecks that come with it.
If you have done your homework and still want to come here, we’d love to have you. But know what you’re getting into please. Right now we are a mess.
Why don't you resign? If it's so bad, if you're treated less than a coal miner, if you are constantly forced with guns in the back of your new, to fly fatigued, if all you do all day is clean leftover poop all over the toilet seat, why don't you resign?
It's a good job and it will get better. We need improvements, we need compensation increase, some schedules improvement, but it's a good job. Those cry-babies who keep saying it's the worst job in the world are still here....
