Odds are very good that you can get flight following almost anywhere. If they have to cut you lose, just ask them for the next frequency down the road so you can pick it up again when you get to a less-busy sector.

It is possible that a controller will tell you to delay entering bravo for a few minutes. Look on the terminal area chart for any VFR corridors or transition routes...

VFR Corridor: This is a tunnel carved out of the Bravo. You can fly through without a Bravo clearance. There will probably be a common traffic frequency to use.

Transition: This is the route they want you to use when transiting the Bravo. This is actual Bravo, and you will need a clearance, but you will almost certainly be given one when using a transition.

Lot's of flight training activity in central florida, keep a sharp eye out.
