Don’t know where you work but I think your opinions on age related issues are a bit skewed.

i fly with a lot of young new guys around the world. They are sharp but lacking experience that they will pick up as they do more international ops. I don’t disparage them or look down on them like you do for older guys.

You must be a gem to fly with or have as a sim instructor. If you pulled any age crap on me in a sim things would stop there and we would be talking to the head of training faster than you can hit reset on the sim.
