I’ll add one more, the constant switching from PM to AM and vice versus. They’re causing undue stress, because most of us have good work ethic and want to get the job done. They’re banking on our guilt will pushing us through. My guilt will not save me if I make a mistake if I’m not properly rested or nourished.
They put me on UOE with a PM that didn’t have enough flying to finish. Their next solution was to give me less than 24 hours off and a two day AM with a 0400 show time. The fed in-lieu of ride was on the first leg of the trip before I even knew about the trip. Suffice it to say, I did it because I was so ready to be done.
Anyone ever drop the F bomb for their Fed ride? I seriously considered it.
