AA has 12 year pay rate of $336.89 for nb CA, UA is $338.48, or $1.59 more if I am reading it right (they call it DOS, but that must be years of service not date of signing). Who cares...
It's not $2. It's more like
2%. Over every cell on every Table. after you do the require math, that will put the NB rate you just quoted at about 356.52. $20 bucks an hour enough to make you reconsider? The 2026 value will be about $404.86. Top end caption will be 483.68.
