We also got blamed for doing all the extra flying the last few years hurting negotiations. I always had an FO for all my flights. Never had a flight cancellation because of a lack of FO’s. Plenty were saying how much drop for draft they were doing too.
if you don’t like the TA probably best to look in the mirror first. If TA gets turned down better be ready for some real pain. Not just turning down AVA or draft.
Well, I'm an old guy, and one FO of many that didn't COVID as an excuse to pad their bank accounts, normalizing the b.s. we all had to put up with as a result. And, if the UA AIP is what "real pain" looks like, sign me up. I blame everyone who put their checkbook ahead of the good of the team, and continues to do so. But, that's just me. I am almost certainly going to retire under the next contract, and I am voting NO. After the UA AIP I can't fathom anyone voting for the insulting POS we were given.
