what I’ll be looking for is:
Complete TA language.
Disposition/integration of LOAs
Implementation Schedule
Resolution for delays on implementation
Does the agreement settle any system grievances
Credit if the IRS fails to approve Cash Fund
Words like “tranche” or “force majeure”
The bullet points are great, I’ll wait for a TA.
