One thing I didn’t see in there is the ability for reserves to pick up premium pay trips on their days off and get those days off restored later in the month like you guys have a Delta. The whole “rolling thunder” thing.
Although the dedicated long call line with no Short call or field standby looks pretty nice!
yeah… I think status quo for landings and seat/trip scheduling. I did not see any opportunity for reserves to aggressively pickup premium trips… they can pick up premium SC/FSBs but not flying assignments.
