The 2:30 has to do with you min protected pay for that month. If it's a 30-day month, and you have no absences, your min pay for the month is 30x2:30 = 75 hours.
is this lineholder only? Since reserves have more days off now
Reserve minimum pay guarantee (MPG) 4:17:39 per day: *17 = 73hrs give or take
Also, Reserve Call-out pay (“Show-No Go” pay) increased to 5 hours of LPV -> if you get an assignment that is subsequently cancelled before show? because if you fly anything it’s 5:15 minimum right?
