That's why I said they'd be in the right seat anyway. For 6 months, a year, or around that time. It would be their assignment. With no way out. They'd be in the right seat until they get the time. But make no mistake, they will be going to left seat training and be stuck in that seat for a long time. So why would anyone senior enough to avoid it in a new hire class take it? That's what I'm getting at. It would drop to the bottom and at that time, it'll be forced.
