No. they have to still have 350 hrs at UAL to go to upgrade, so it can’t be your INA award. You would have to something else first no matter what.
depends on language but that might not be an accurate Statement; the bullet points indicate that it can be offered to and accepted by a new hire but that training would not occur until the 350 hrs requirement is met.
