it says 500 hrs at UA and off probation
OR
350 hrs in type at UA
so if you meet the second part .. off probation is no longer a requirement
also mentioned consolidation lines, I guess if OE hits 100 hours for a new hire it doesn’t matter too much but they’d get to 350 faster than the norm
