Any info or updates regarding improvements to schedule flexibility/trip dropping? I saw "Improved Reserve Pool Management - delineation of silos to improve trip trading/dropping abilities".

From reading here in multiple threads it seemed like the company could arbitrarily set the grid to whatever they wanted, making straight dropping or swapping quite difficult, even with sufficient reserve coverage. Any thoughts if that has been improved?
