And while yeah, most 250hr pilots can't handle a jet (they seem to do ok in Europe with it?) maybe something like 500 hrs or 700 hours would have been a good middle point.
isn’t training in EU a 6 month process? Months of sims, line “observations” and I’m pretty sure they train in the jet prior to line operations (IOE).
