United new contract is a game changer and makes me realize they have the future in mind. If they hire another 4,000 pilots today expansion will be 25% (with 16,000). Will NB upgrades persist at 12 months?

Hawaiian’s pay is not within 6% of the big 3’s new pay rates, especially not on the junior equipment (717). If you live on the islands, my humble opinion is to go with HAL. Anywhere on the mainland, I’d take UAL and not look back.
