Right now there is absolutely no trip trading at all in my bid status. None.

Giving up 5:15 per day to split duty trips is also not an improvement in quality of life. It is a huge concession.
All leading to a strong no vote for me.
I've actually gotten on board with the split duty thing after a couple different aspects were explained to me by different SMEs.
I still don't want to do them but there could possibly be a benefit with relatively little(I think) downside if it doesn't end up working out the way the union forsees.
