If this happens, ALPA and the legacy managers need to consult with congress BEFORE it passes to insert language to mitigate the potential Charlie Fox. Actually the airlines have the real incentive... they're the ones, not the unions, that will be left holding the bag.

But obvious airlines and ALPA know all this, I'm sure they already have a plan, draft language, talking points ready once they decide it's happening. Might already be lobbying on the DL.
